Children's Sight Test
Children learn in a very visual way, exploring the world around them through their sight. Regular eye examinations are an important part of their healthcare as vision can change very quickly as they grow.
Free NHS sight tests are provided for all children under 16 and students under 19.
First Sight Test
Children should have their first sight test at around 6 months, this way we can identify any problems early on and provide the best care possible. The main thing to look out for in a baby (of any age) is if one of their eyes is turning in or out, if you notice this you should get in touch with us.
We have a range of stylish frames for children and teens, with many available from free to £15. Learn more on our children's glasses page.
Please contact us if you have any questions or would like to book an appointment.
